Core curriculum and learning phases
Delivered from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm over two intensive days, our Yellow Belt training blends practical exercises, simulations, and real-world tools across the DMAIC framework. Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring an improvement idea from their daily work to practise and apply right away.
Define and measure
Master project charters, Voice of the Customer (VOC) exercises, detailed process mapping, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and data collection techniques.
Analyse and improve
Apply brainstorming, affinitising, fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, Cause and Effect matrices, 5S workplace organisation, SMED quick changeover, and Just-In-Time (JIT) methods.
Control and sustain
Implement durable control plans, visual management systems, Poka-Yoke error-proofing, simulation case studies, and complete the end-of-course examination.

Evaluation and certification
Trainees are evaluated on two distinct levels. Level 1 reviews immediate engagement and feedback with the client, while Level 2 evaluates skills, knowledge, and attitude through a final examination.
